At 12:00 p.m. on November 5, 2025, the topping-out ceremony for the Superhard Materials Industrial Base Project of Xi’an Jingwei Drilling Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was successfully held, marking the completion of the main structural works. The ceremony was attended by Chairman Yang Gang, Board Directors Yang Yinggang, Long Xiyun, and Gao Chun. Representatives from the Project Management Department, the supervising consultancy, Qifeng Construction, and other participating parties were also present to witness this milestone.
Following the formal announcement of the topping-out by Chairman Yang Gang, the four company shareholders jointly poured the final batch of concrete, signifying the successful completion of the main structure. The ceremony concluded in a celebratory atmosphere, reflecting the collective efforts and close cooperation of all parties involved in the project.
With the completion of the main structure, all project participants will take this milestone as a new starting point and continue to advance the construction of the superhard materials industrial base with full commitment. The project is expected to lay a solid foundation for the timely release of production capacity and to contribute new momentum to the development of the superhard materials industry in the High-Tech Zone.
